Jo maintains an inspired curiosity for what is innate and instinctual about the human spirit and our way of being.
I am a passionate student of the human condition, how we relate within ourselves, towards others and the world around us. I am in awe of the earth, the ocean and the skies … there is a certain kind of magic and comfort in what is wild and vast.
May we see the connection.
May we embrace, explore and nourish what is raw and untamed about our bodies, our breathe and our minds.
May we cultivate a movement of self-care and transformation.
My hope is to inspire well-beings.
